Benefits of the PDSA’s Agile ALM

The major benefit you will derive from reading this material is that you will get a good head start on creating an efficient, well-organized and well-run IT shop. As this is the business side of running an IT shop, it is typically not given the attention that the technical side is given. So, if someone can give you the templates and processes, then you will be way ahead of the game. That is exactly what we have done: giving you a great jumpstart.
